Contact

Write to hello@suaviq.com. That address covers everything: a bug, a question about a lesson, a complaint, an argument with something we wrote, or a request about your data.

Deleting your account and data

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask. We delete the progress row and the sign-in record, with no grace period and no soft delete. We will confirm when it is done.

If you never signed in, nothing of yours ever reached us — your progress is in your own browser. Clearing site data for suaviq.com removes it, permanently and immediately.

You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or a correction. The privacy page sets out the full list of rights and our 30-day response window.

Common questions

  • I lost my streak on a new device. Progress only follows you if you are signed in. Signed out, it stays in the browser that made it.
  • The sign-in code did not arrive. Check spam, then request a new one — codes expire. If it still fails, email us.
  • Am I being charged? No. Suaviq takes no payments at present; every lesson is open while the curriculum is in review.
  • I think a citation is wrong. Please tell us. Each exercise names its source precisely so it can be checked, and we would rather fix an error than keep a tidy page.

If you need more than this

Suaviq is skills practice, not therapy. It is built on CBT structure, but it is not delivered by clinicians and it treats nothing. Graded exposure done alone can also be the wrong tool: if approaching people produces dread rather than nerves, the honest answer is that you would get further, faster, with a therapist than with a nightly streak.

Signs it is worth talking to a professional rather than doing another exercise:

  • The fear stops you working, studying, or leaving the house.
  • You are drinking or using something to get through social situations.
  • The dread lasts days, not the length of a conversation.
  • You are avoiding people entirely rather than finding it hard.

A GP is a reasonable first step, and in the UK you can also self-refer to NHS talking therapies without one.

We would rather lose a subscriber than keep someone practising eye contact when they need a doctor. That is not a disclaimer for our benefit — it is the honest limit of what a nine-minute ritual can do.
